Century Park Hotel made bride unhappy

Our client earlier this morning, December 16, 2011 around 9:30am, was supposed to have their nail spa packages done by Celebrity Nails at Century Park Hotel as preparation for her wedding day. She was most excited to have her nails done and get pampered by Celebrity Nails. Unfortunately, the manager of Century Park Hotel, Elsa Gaba, denied entry to our people. Its just sad that our client really felt bad about it. The bride, mother of the bride and even the groom, went down to hotel lobby / front desk to request for entry of our people. But still Ms. Gaba denied the bride her last chance for her to get her nail pampering session before walking down the aisle. Gaba insisted that the Hotel had a spa and massage lounge where the bride can get their massage services, in which case, has a much higher cost compared to our rates. Quality-wise, for nails, I am sure we are way better.

Truthfully speaking, our core business is nails, and we always get bookings because of Nails Services, and massages are there IF NEEDED or requested.

Little did this manager know that we also had pampering services done in Century Park Hotel way back in 2009 with a couple of disc-jockeys of 93.1 (FM station) and we were never denied entry. So this manager, as she said per policy, is not as well consistent with their own policies. The saddest thing here is that the disc-jockeys were so pleased with the services they got, that they also promoted that they can have it done in Century hotel as well.

More than anything else, we really do feel bad for the bride. And even the parents and family of the bride said that this will be the first and the last time they will ever book with Century Park Hotel. The groom was really upset and made it clear how inconsiderate Century hotel is.

Likewise, we dont want our clients to feel this way, and on this regard, we are DISCOURAGING all of our clients to book with this hotel if you dont want to be treated this way.

We sincerely hope this NEVER happens to any of our clients who will be getting married.
